The why.
I've spent years building software for businesses in Mexico. Along the way I sat down with many accounting practices and kept seeing the same thing: partners and senior accountants stuck the first week of every month chasing collections, sending reminders, resending CFDI. Administrative work that didn't need their professional judgment, but didn't get done on its own either.
I tried the existing ways out and none of them close the gap. A single human assistant doesn't scale past 80 retainers. ChatGPT doesn't connect to your CONTPAQi or stamp at the SAT. A large ERP is overkill for a 30-person practice. There was a clear hole: specialized digital employees that work inside the CONTPAQi you already have and execute admin work end-to-end. That's Cumplida.
What I commit to you: Lupita, Magda and Rosa never decide for you on what matters. Cancelling a client, suspending a retainer, renegotiating terms, issuing a credit note — all of that gets emailed to you and waits for your call. You stay the accountant. They're the hands you're missing, not the brain.
And what I won't do: we don't sell your data to anyone, we don't train models on your information, and I won't raise your price without 30 days written notice. If during the first 30 days it doesn't work for you, we refund without questions. This is signed into the data-processor agreement.
